Designing for the foot
Anchor at the ankle with a band or anklet, run a vine down the centre of the foot, and finish with toe rings or caps. Keep the sides of the foot clean so the design reads when standing.
For the darkest stain, leave the paste on for at least six hours, keep the area warm, and avoid water for the first twelve hours after it flakes off.
